Avandia

Avandia is a drug used for the treatment of type 2, adult onset diabetes. Although diabetes can be fatal, if left untreated, Avandia is a dangerous solution. The drug has been linked to major heart health problems like congestive heart failure and heart attacks. For some reason, it has not been taken off the market. However, the FDA has added a black box warning. So, why take this particular drug in the first place? Other worthy drugs are also available to treat diabetic patients. With the FDA safety alert, why take the drug in the first place? In this case, the cardiac risks are great. If you have been given this drug, without the knowledge of the potential risk, you probably have grounds for a major lawsuit.
