An acetaminophen overdose is not only possible, it can be deadly. Most people know acetaminophen by the name brand called Tylenol. Everybody knows that acetaminophen is much safer for over the counter use than aspirin and other similar products-right? But, you can actually die from an acetaminophen overdose. People who have OD'd on this drug may be nauseous, become jaundiced, have diarrhea, experience stomach pains, or even go into a coma.
